How do I place an order?
Click on the type of product you are interested in purchasing. Browse through our selection until you ﬁnd a piece you like. Click on ‘Add to cart’ when you’re ready and follow the instructions to place your order.
What is the estimated delivery time?
If the item is in stock, it will be delivered by the vendor after going through complete quality test within 12-15 days from the order date. While most items are delivered within 10-14 days, there are a few items which may take longer depending upon its availability.
Each product has its own delivery date mentioned below under Additional tab besides Description tab . The tracking code will be emailed once the product leaves the warehouse of the vendor.
How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, First Flight, etc.
How do I make a payment for a purchase?
StyleCaret takes offers payment by any of the below options:
- Cash on Delivery
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Net Banking
Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on StyleCaret(Octroi, Sales Tax, GST)?
There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase on StyleCaret. All prices include GST. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item plus an additional shipping charges as applicable.
How do I pay for International Orders?

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by contacting us at [email protected]
How do I get a item replaced? What if the product does not fit me?
If you receive a product notify us of problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 24 hours after the product is delivered, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you, provided the procedure below is followed.
In order to get a item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact Customer Service via email at [email protected]tylecaret.com within 24 hours from the date of delivery. The product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or we will refund your money.
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this Replacement Guarantee:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
- Any product that has been washed.
- Any product not in its original condition.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
How do I cancel an order on stylecaret.com?
Cancellation before product has shipped:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
Cancellation after product has shipped:
If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement if you dont like the product or it is has incorrect size.
How do I return a purchased item? What is the procedure to return a product to StyleCaret?
In order to initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. Our customer service representative will help you with the process.
How will I be refunded for the return?
Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned product(s). If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account.
What is StyleCaret's Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse on website. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
I just placed my first order. When will I receive my cashback?
The cashback will be credited in the form of reward points to your wallet. The points will be given only after the order is completed i. e. the product is delivered and the return period is over in the next 24 hours.
How can I use the reward points/cashback received from my first order?
The reward points can be used from the second order. You can redeem Points for maximum 20% of the total points you have. Points are not redeemable for cash.
Where can I see my points earned/spent?
You can always check your Point balance in your account page for that you need to login into your account. Your Account page lists your Rewards Points balance history, which displays the dates your points were earned.
When will my points expire?
Your points are valid for 1 year from the date of credit.
How will my reward points be cancelled?
If the order is refunded/cancelled , no points will be credited.
